Enquiry information
The contact form stores your name, email address, the service you asked about, your area and your message in a private inbox on our website for up to 30 days, and emails a copy to our team so we can reply. It does not collect payment information. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or payment details.
Access and retention
Only authorised administrators can read the inbox. A daily scheduled cleanup removes entries older than 30 days; this is a configured retention rule, not a claim that every past schedule has run. Backups may retain earlier copies until their approved expiry; ask the operator for access, correction or deletion through the supplied contact.
Cookies and rate limits
WordPress uses essential login/administration cookies. The form uses a server-generated nonce and a temporary salted hash of the connection IP for rate limiting, not a raw address in the enquiry record. No advertising analytics or third-party tracking script is installed.
Images and fonts
The official brand assets and fonts are hosted locally. Supporting device/workspace images are synthetic illustrations, not photographs of company installations, staff or inventory.

A final privacy notice, lawful basis, access rights, retention process, supplier/data-region arrangements and production security must be reviewed before public exposure.
