Mailboxes on your own domain, with spam protection and mobile sync.
From E619/year

Give your business a recognisable email address
A business mailbox puts your company name after the @ sign. It is useful for sole traders who want a professional address and small teams that need separate accounts without sharing passwords. A domain name and an email service are different purchases: owning the name does not automatically create a mailbox.

How this service works
The reviewed approach uses a managed mailbox provider rather than placing business email on a cheap VPS. Mail Essential has a 5GB per-user allocation; Mail Plus has 10GB; the small-team proposal covers five 5GB mailboxes. Supplier licences and the proposed customer packages are annual prepaid commitments, not cancel-anytime monthly subscriptions.
What happens next
Setup and handover
- Confirm the domain registrant and who controls DNS. Keep the customer as the owner of the organisation.
- Choose the number of people who need separate accounts and identify any mail that must be migrated.
- Configure and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC before switching delivery. Schedule any MX change separately with approval.
- Test sending, receiving and common email clients, then agree a handover and account recovery process.
Good to know
Questions before you choose
Can we keep our existing domain?
Usually the name can remain with its registrar. We first check access, DNS ownership and the present mail route. No DNS or MX change happens as part of an enquiry.
Does the price include historical email migration?
No. The mailbox fee and initial setup are distinct from moving historical mail. A bounded small-team migration is listed separately; unusual formats, large archives and complex tenant moves need a scoped quote.
Can I send newsletters through my mailbox?
These are human mailboxes, not a bulk or transactional sending service. Proposed daily limits and adaptive supplier anti-abuse controls apply. Campaigns and application mail require a separate assessment.
Is independent mailbox backup included?
No fixed independent backup retention or restore time is promised. The provider and recovery method must be confirmed in a pilot before a recovery commitment is offered.
