A hosting account for your website and database.
From E99/month

Give your website a place to live
Web hosting stores the files and database that make a website work. It suits a brochure site, a small organisation or an existing site that needs a managed account. A domain points people to it; hosting does not itself register your name or write your website.

How this service works
The reviewed Web 2GB, 5GB and 10GB proposals use a South African cPanel reseller pool. One site and one database are proposed for each package. The disk allowance is total account space, not a separate unlimited quota for files, backups and email. Business email is a separate package, and application care is not hidden inside a tiny hosting fee.
What happens next
Setup and handover
- Check the website platform, total disk use, database and existing DNS access.
- Agree the right disk tier and confirm any scripts or plugins meet the supplier environment.
- Create the hosting account, move a bounded copy if separately commissioned, and test privately.
- Approve a cutover window and hand over panel access, renewal terms and the support boundary.
Good to know
Questions before you choose
Is website design included?
No. Hosting provides an account and scoped assistance. Writing pages, building a new site, ecommerce work and ongoing content changes are separate projects.
Is TLS included?
The proposed account includes a free TLS certificate where the hosting environment supports it. A standalone configuration fee pays for labour, not for a certificate licence.
What happens if we outgrow the disk allowance?
We review actual disk and traffic before proposing an upgrade. Capacity is shared and reserved conservatively; we do not promise unlimited CPU, inodes or transfer.
Are provider backups enough?
Daily provider backups are described, but access, retention and recovery must be exercised. They are not a guaranteed disaster-recovery service or an independent recovery time commitment.
